A mural for ‘We Are Waterloo’. Designed by Thomas K Shannon, head of design at VAULT Creative Arts and fabricated by Ellen and scenic artist Ansis K. on Lower Marsh, Waterloo. A street on which Ellen has worked as a scenic painter for 10 years. The piece was about celebrating the history and community of the local area.
